Dear members of the ALLBB family,
We the board wish you and your families a happy New Year and hope you will have a great start in 2020!
Another year has passed another season has passed. The 2019 season has been characterized by great weather and exciting games. It was a pleasure to see our kids play, compete and enjoying the days at the ballpark. I hope you enjoyed these days as we did and will participate again in 2020.
We want to invite you to our annual General Membership Meeting (GMM) of the ALLBB division of the SC-JFKS:
Where: at the JFK school in the film room (GR117)
When: at 6:30 p.m. on January 21st. 2020.
This invitation is valid for all current ALLBB members. All registered and paid members, for the 2020 regular season, shall be eligible to vote if they have turned 16 years of age by the date of the meeting. The legal guardian(s) vote for the youth that have not reached their sixteenth birthday. Voting shall only be done in person.
Many of the current members of the board are standing for reelection. However, we need to elect board members for all positions and some are open. We would appreciate it if as many of our members as possible could attend and vote as we need to have the members engaged with the board in the management of our baseball league. If you are interested in being a member of the board, cash auditor or willing to help in any other way please let me know.

- Welcome from the President and determination of a quorum.
- Election of a chair and approval of the agenda.
- Approval of the minutes from the last annual general meeting.
- Report form the Board.
- Report from the Treasurer of the audit results.
- Approval of the budget for 2019-20 and discharge of the Board.
- Election of a new board (see also here: board_election_2020)
- Approval of amendments to the ALLBB Constitution and Bylaws if any have been submitted.
- Election of the cash auditors (2).
- Election of the delegates to JFKS main Verein.
- Any other business.
