07:30 Field open
08:00 Set-up Volunteers arrive to prepare field, concession stand
09:15 T-Ball coaches and players arrive
⁠10:00 ⁠T-Ball game
10:30 ML coaches and players arrive
11:30 ML game (max. 1.5 hours)
13:00 End of the game day
⁠13:15 Take down / field clean up
ca. 14:30 end of day
