🧸 T-BALL (ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS | AGES 4–6)

💡 Key Goals:

  • Build confidence

  • Learn basic motor skills

  • Understand base running, fielding positions, and hitting off a tee

  • Prioritize fun and participation over competition

Focus: Throwing mechanics, base running, swing basics
Total Duration: 60-75 minutes

  • 🏃 Warm-up: “Run to the Base” + arm circles10 min
  • Station Work:
    • 🤾 Throwing: Partner soft toss  — 10 min
    • Hitting: Tee-ball swings with coach guidance10 min
    • 🏃‍♂️ Base Running: Tag-and-freeze game10 min
  • 🧢 Mini Game: Everyone bats once — 20-30 min

    • 🎯 Throwing: Partner step-and-throw10 min
    • Hitting Station Toss-ball from coach or tee work10 min
    • 🧤 Fielding: Rolling grounders to shortstop10 min
  • 🧢 Mini Game: 3-inning short scrimmage30-40 min

    • Hitting: Bingo Batting (Call a field direction and try to hit it) — 10 min
