The time has finally come! Baseball season in Berlin is ready to start—and it’s shaping up to be one of our biggest yet. This year marks our highest enrollment in the past seven years, with two T-Ball teams, four Coach Pitch teams, and two Major League teams all set to take the field. It’s a great sign for the continued growth of youth baseball in our community, and we couldn’t be more excited to see so many players back out at the ballpark.
Opening Day is always a special moment, and this year will be no different. It’s a chance for players to pull on their jerseys for the first time, for families to reconnect after the off-season, and for everyone to enjoy a day centered around baseball, community, and a bit of friendly competition. Whether you’ve been part of the league for years or are just stopping by to see what it’s all about, there’s something for everyone.
Come join us for our Opening Day celebrations! The Opening Day Ceremony and Ceremonial First Pitch will take place at 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 25th at our ballpark on Sachtlebenstrasse 36. Stick around after the ceremony to catch the first games of the season, grab a hot dog, and cheer on Berlin’s next generation of ballplayers.
